We have moved our request system to the Zendesk platform.
This new system will enhance our ability to serve you by reducing response times and providing greater transparency into the status of your tickets. Moving forward, we will no longer accept emails to open tickets. Instead, all requests should be submitted through your portal at Tellaro.Zendesk.com. This portal will allow you to view the status of your tickets, track ongoing work, and directly ask questions or provide updates.
How to Get Started:
The first thing you will want to do is get signed up for your new account. To begin, simply go to Tellaro.Zendesk.com or follow this link: www.Tellaro.Zendesk.com
When you arrive for the first time, you will need to sign up for your new account. To start this process, click “Sign in” in the top right corner of the page.
This will take you to the Sign in page where you will click the “Sign up” link
Fill in the full name you would like us to use, your company email address and click “Sign up”.
You will then receive an email that will allow you to create your new password.
Log in with your new email and password at www.Tellaro.Zendesk.com
This will be your new portal for submitting new tickets, reviewing current tickets and accessing our library of knowledge base articles.
